You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
2. Use of Services
WWX provides:
- Entry code generation
- Shipment handling
- Invoice and document uploads
- Real-time shipment tracking
Abusive or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
3. Payments and Charges
Shipment prices, storage charges, taxes, and duties are determined by WWX and are subject to change.
4. Social Login
By signing in with Google or Facebook, you allow WWX to access basic profile information (name, email).
5. Limitation of Liability
WWX is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by airlines, ocean lines, customs, or force majeure
- Incorrect or incomplete documents uploaded by the customer
